Shout out to field piece
With heating season arriving I went out to get my sdmn6 ready for some start ups i couldnt find my any of the attachments so emailed field piece for part numbers. About a day and a half later I got a email saying my order had shipped wtf?. I opened the email and they sent a new case and goodies basically everything but the manometer and leads free of charge. This kind of customer service is unheard of in this day and age. Thanks for the fast service
Honeywell you can buy better but you cant paymore
I told my wife when i die to sell my fishing stuff for what its worth not what i told her i paid for it

I cracked the battery plate on my sman360’s. They sent a new one to my jmart free of charge. They are legit. I am a customer for life.

I’m tired of these mediocre “semi flammable” refrigerants. If we’re going to do it let’s do it right.

It doesnt surprise me they did that. Awhile back I dropped and broke my new sc480, broke the amp clamp off. It fell about 12ft.
I sent it in to have fixed, fully expecting to pay for it since it wasnt their fault or the meters so I didnt even consider warranty. 3 days later I get a complete new meter unopened in the box. I was blown away, they could have easily charged me to just fix mine and I would have gladly paid for it being it was my fault.
